Why get a home inspection?

In most cases the time you spend in a home before you make an offer is less than 30 minutes. Very little of that time is spent looking at the wiring, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and over 400 other items. A home purchase is most likely the biggest investment you will make. Why call Me?

If you asked me why I think you should hire me rather than another inspector, I would answer in two ways: The first, "because I care about my clients and business". The second, "experience".   Not all home inspection companies are alike. I'm not just an employee, I own my company. I am vested in it. Caring and experience make the difference. My name is Bob McAnarney(Bob Mac). I'm a graduate of Springdale highschool and the University of Arkansas. I was in the home and commercial building industry for over 20 years prior to starting my award winning home inspection business in 1994. I have performed over 6000 inspections since then. I am certified by AmeriSpec, AAREI-the Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, and the Certified Master Inspector(CMI) board. I am one of two master home inspectors in the state and the only CMI in northwest Arkansas at the time of this writing. My home inspections meet or exceed the national inspection standards set by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

I dress professionally, show up on time, respect the people and property involved, possess the tools and skills needed to do my job. I communicate very well. The report is easy to understand. The report is emailed the next day unless I can send it sooner. 

I accept cash or checks at this time. I've discontinued accepting credit cards.

My Mission:

My mission is to help you learn everything you can about the home you are about to buy, sell, or live in, and report my observations in the proper perspective so you can have an unbiased opinion of the home and peace of mind. I want to do this in a  timely, thorough, affordable and professional manner.

My Report:

My report is a computer generated, pictorially illustrated, narrative and check list report that is very easy to understand. It has photos of the significant defects as well as complete professional illustrations of defects as approved by industry experts. It has links to 10 of the best home maintenance websites that pictorially show you thousands of ways to fix things within your capability and to maintain the integrity of your home. I may be the only inspector that emails my client pre-inspection information so they know what to expect and what needs to be done before the inspection to ensure the inspection goes smoothly.
