The value of one of my home inspections can be measured in many ways:

1.)   By how I, as a certified master inspector, can identify and prioritize, potential repair item expenses, health and safety items, or whether it might be an item that is usually required by your sales contract to be repaired. 

2.)   By how much  "peace of mind" is derived by you from the process, even if there are no expensive repairs. 

3.)   By how the value of an inspection compares to other home buying related expenses. 

4.)   By how long it takes me to do the inspection, take photos, and generate a computer generated report.

Therefore, my fees are nominal based on the above and are structured as follows:

Less than 1500 sq.ft.       =   $250

1500 sq.ft. to 1999 sq.ft   =  $275

2000 sq.ft. to 2499 sq.ft.  =  $300

2500 sq.ft. to 2999 sq.ft.  =  $325

3000 sq.ft. to 3499 sq.ft.  =  $350

3500 sq.ft. to 4000 sq.ft.  =  $400

Additional charges  may be added for homes that are larger than indicated when the inspection was ordered, homes that are older than 40 years, or homes that require extended travel. 

Duplexes     = $350

Fourplexes  = $500
